The 5-Question Pre-Show Framework
The five questions I run through before every Mind Snacks episode to stay grounded under live pressure.
I help creators, influencers, and brands design conversations that build clarity, authority, and lasting trust — even when the algorithm rewards outrage. No hustle scripts. No tribal framing. Just frameworks that work.

Through hosting Mind Snacks, my weekly live X Spaces show, I’ve seen how outrage cycles, tribal framing, and manufactured crises distort dialogue and exhaust people rather than inform them.
Maze Strategies is being built to support a shift away from spectacle and toward
clarity — through frameworks that help conversations stay grounded, honest, and
human in a system that increasingly rewards division over understanding.
Founders, creators, and brand leads who chose clarity over noise.
Working with Maze rewired how I think about every show I host. I stopped chasing engagement and started building actual trust with my audience.
We came in with a brand crisis and walked out with a conversation framework our entire comms team now lives by. Worth every penny.
Maze doesn’t sell hype. She teaches you how to think — and then your content gets better on its own. Six months in, my audience tripled.
A free PDF download — plus the occasional thoughtful note from me, never spam. Used by hosts of X Spaces, podcasts, and live conversations to stay grounded under pressure.

For sixteen-plus years I’ve watched online conversation evolve — from forums, to Twitter, to the algorithmic colosseum we all live in now. What I’ve learned isn’t a hack. It’s a discipline.
I’m Maze — host of the weekly live Spaces show Mind Snacks on X, founder of MazeLove.ai, and the conversation architect behind Maze Strategies. My work sits at an unusual intersection: finance and esoterics, geopolitics and frequencies, neuroplasticity and alternative health.
Through hosting Spaces, I’ve seen how outrage cycles, tribal framing, and manufactured crises distort dialogue and exhaust people rather than inform them. My focus has been learning — practically and in real time — how structure, pacing, and thoughtful moderation can shift conversations away from spectacle and toward clarity.
Maze Strategies is being built to support that shift: creating frameworks that help conversations stay grounded, honest, and human in a system that increasingly rewards division over understanding.
What you’ll find here isn’t a content marketing course. It isn’t a “grow to 100K followers” template. It’s a working set of tools, audits, and coaching engagements designed for people who actually have something to say — and want to say it with integrity.
The creator economy is full of advice on how to be louder. Almost none of it teaches you how to be understood. After years of getting stopped in airports, in coffee shops, and in DMs by people thanking me for “saying something they hadn’t been able to put into words” — I realized this skill is teachable. So I’m teaching it.
The fastest message is rarely the truest one. We slow down, we structure, we name what’s actually happening — then we publish.
Hacks expire when the algorithm changes. Frameworks for thinking compound. I teach systems you can use for the next decade, not the next week.
Your real audience is the one that comes back without a notification. We design for trust, not for impressions.
Five ways we work together — from a single intensive session to a full-cohort program. Pick the entry point that matches where you are.
Private monthly coaching for creators who are serious about building a voice with depth — not just a feed. We work on your show structure, your voice on platform, your topic discipline, and how you handle the inevitable controversy that comes with being interesting.
A six-week engagement for companies stepping into difficult, polarized, or high-stakes territory. We map your narrative landscape, identify your real exposure, and design the conversation architecture your team needs before — not after — the next storm.
A small-group program for 12 creators who want a structured path through the work I do 1:1. Weekly live sessions, peer review of your actual output, and a closing live event where you launch something real. Spring and Fall cohorts only.
A members-only digital library for people who want the frameworks without the calendar invites. Episode breakdowns of Mind Snacks, conversation templates, prep documents I actually use, and monthly live Q&A with me. Cancel anytime.
A full day, just you and me. Best for creators or executives at a decision point — a rebrand, a new show, a major launch, or a public moment they want to handle with care. We end the day with a documented plan and a 30-day implementation map.

I take a small number of private coaching clients at a time, so spots open irregularly. The application is a 4-question form plus a 20-minute fit call (no setters — actually with me). I’ll let you know within a week whether we have a fit, and if not, I’ll point you to the right alternative.
Two cohorts per year — a Spring intake (registration opens in February) and a Fall intake (registration opens in August). Each cohort is capped at 12 participants. Applications close two weeks before the start date.
The Self-Study Library has a 7-day free trial — try before you commit. The Lucidity Program has a 14-day money-back window from cohort start. Private coaching and consulting engagements are non-refundable once work has begun, but I’ll always have a frank conversation if something isn’t working.
Yes. All engagements come with an itemized invoice in your company name, with line items appropriate for L&D, marketing, or comms budgets. Brand Audits and VIP Days can be structured as POs or contracts — just say the word.
